At Digital Tax Express, we work with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners to deliver high-quality products. Because each item is made to order, we encourage you to review sizing, product details, and personalization carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Address or Customer Errors

If you provide an incorrect shipping address or order the wrong size, color, or product, we cannot offer free replacements or refunds. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items received (wrong product, size, or print error)

  • Packages lost in transit (after confirmation with carrier)
