    You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to submit the information you provide. Some Services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

  3. Client responsibilities; accuracy of information
    You must provide complete, accurate and timely information and documentation necessary to perform Services (tax forms, income records, identification, SSNs/EINs, bank details). We rely on your information; we are not liable for errors, penalties or additional tax owed resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information you provide.

    You authorize us to collect, store, use and disclose sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security Numbers, tax records, bank account numbers) as necessary to provide Services and comply with legal obligations.

  5. Fees, payment and refunds
    Fees for Services are described on the Site or in engagement agreements. Payment is due as stated at purchase or upon engagement. We may use third‑party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square). Refunds, if offered, are subject to the refund policy in the Service agreement.

  6. Third parties and integrations
    We may share data with third parties necessary to provide Services, including IRS and state tax authorities, e-file providers, payment processors, cloud hosting providers, identity verification services, and email/CRM providers. You consent to these disclosures. We are not responsible for third‑party practices or policies.

    By engaging our Services you authorize electronic filing of tax returns and electronic signatures where applicable. We will provide you with filings/returns and confirmations as required.

  8. Intellectual property
    All Site content, trademarks, logos, software and materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
